The STAX line of enclosures represents a complete line of lightweight enclosures designed exclusively for the desktop. Each of the models is equipped with a patented fan alert, which immediately warns of possible fan abnormalities which may cause pre-mature drive failures. The STAX line encompasses seven models, which will enclose a range of drives from 3-1/2" low profile to 5-1/4" full-height.The 5-1/4" enclosure models ZF5H and ZF5F conserve space in a lightweight package. The ZF5H accommodates one half-height device while the ZF5F accommodates one full-height or two half-height devices including DLT drives. Each model features universal input switching power supply, ball-bearing fan and patented, audible fan alert which provides early detection of possible fan abnormalities. Each "drive ready" unit comes complete with twelve standard features including the filler panel for closing the front opening.
